Requirements
Customer can register up to 3 Canadian (A1, A2, A3) phone numbers and up to 3 Filipino (B1, B2, B3) newly-subscribed PLDT phone numbers.
A new PLDT landline will have to be installed, even if the Filipino (B1, B2, B3) customer(s) already is subscribed to a PLDT fixed phone line.
Prepaid one (1) month service deposit.
There is no lock-in period for the fixed telephone line(s) in the Philippines.
Service activation requires ten (10) business days lead time.
Customer may have as many Chika Tayo Unlimited accounts as they want.
Calls made to destinations outside of the Chika Tayo Unlimited plan will be charged according to Times Telecom Dial Up Long Distance rates.
Calls from the Philippine phone line(s) to the registered Canada number(s) will be charged at regular PLDT IDD rates.
Account statement is sent each month electronically via the Canadian customer’s registered email address. A paper account statement can be sent upon request.
