Enter your PIN # and then dial 3RD party’s phone number:

North America: 1 + Area Code + Phone Number

IMPORTANT: Avoid unpleasant surprises on your cellular invoice statement by following these simple steps on the right way to dial and access Times Telecom long distance service with your cellular phone.
  1. Dial Times Telecom Dial Up Local Access Number
  2. At the voice prompt, dial the long distance phone number you wish to reach: 011+ Country code + city code + phone number
  3. Press the pound key (#)
Do not press the send/call key on your cellular phone. By doing so, you will not access Times Telecom long distance service. You will still be using your mobile operator's service and will be billed according to their international rates.

DIRECT DIAL SERVICE
STEP 1: DIAL 3rd PARTY'S NUMBER
North America: 1 + Area Code + Phone Number
International: 011 + Country Code + City Code + Phone Number

IMPORTANT: Make sure that Times Telecom is your direct dial carrier by calling toll-free 1-700-555-4141. You will hear a recorded message announcing that your phone number is registered to Times Telecom. If the message says otherwise, then your account has not yet been activated by Times Telecom. Activating an account normally takes 5-7 business days. If you have registered for direct dial service more than 7 business days ago, please contact customer service and we will endeavor to amend this matter as quickly as possible.
