Times Telecom MyRewards Program

Times Telecom MyRewards Program is a customer benefit program available to all Times Telecom customers based on their monthly usages.

MyRewards program will earn reward points for every dollar reflected on the monthly invoice effective October 15, 2011. Redeem your MyRewards points for great merchandise with hundreds of items to choose from. Redeeming is easy!

REDEMPTION PROCEDURE:

Step 1 - Member will call MyRewards toll free no. at 1-888-980-8380 for redemption.
Step 2 - Customer Service Rep will verify and confirm member’s identity, eligibility for redemption and advise member the date and place of pick up. Shipping is optional with shipping charges billed to the member’s Times Telecom account.
