Please be advised that Times Telecom is in the process of network and security upgrading. Starting on November 3rd 2014, there will be a change on PIN access service. Our interactive voice response will ask you to enter your card number instead of authorization code. In order to make long distance call, please enter your PIN followed by four zero (0000) after the message. For example, your current PIN 1234567 will be changed to 12345670000. Any other concerns, please contact our customer service.
Dailing Instructions: follow the voice prompt to enter the destination number:
- For calls within/to USA/Canada: 1 + Area Code + Phone Number
- For International calls dial: 011 + Country Code + City Code + Phone Number
